Following severe flood damage in this luxury residence on Ingram Avenue, our team was entrusted with carrying out extensive remedial and restoration works. This was a prestigious property requiring the highest standards of workmanship and attention to detail.
Our scope of works involved a full strip-out of affected areas, including:
- Careful disconnection and removal of sanitaryware, doors, and joinery
- Removal of skirtings, panelling, boxing, and floor/wall finishes damaged by water
- Preparation of surfaces for reinstatement, including cutting back plasterboard and adhesive removal
- Ensuring safe management of electrical and mechanical systems throughout the works
Working closely with the client and consultants, we delivered these works with precision and care, ensuring the property was fully prepared for its high-quality refurbishment.
