ICMP (Institute of Contemporary Music Performance)

JAAP Building Services delivered the full MEP works and structural reconfiguration for the new Queens Park campus of the Institute of Contemporary Music Performance, part of a £4 million redevelopment of the former Corrib Rest pub.
The scheme included a complete strip-out and fit-out, advanced ventilation systems for acoustic spaces, high-load electrical infrastructure, and full public health services. Structural works added an upper floor with a rooftop plant room, alongside a new lift core.
Preserving the historic façade while introducing modern performance facilities, the project showcases JAAP’s expertise in complex urban refurbishments and sensitive heritage restoration.

Taylor Wimpey Morgan House
Central London
The team at JAAP Property were appointed to deliver urgent roof repairs at Morgan House, a residential building requiring complex remediation and weather protection.
A full scaffolding solution with a temporary “tin hat” roof ensured safe access and weatherproofing. Our team stripped out damaged decking, exposed and repaired structural timbers, and rebuilt the roof with treated timber, designed for strength and water management.
Internally, ceilings were removed for joist repairs, ensuring full structural integrity. The project concluded with a Widopan waterproofing system, providing guaranteed protection.
This scheme reflects JAAP’s expertise in occupied buildings and technically challenging remedial works.
Chelsea Creek Apartments by St George

We delivered the complete fit-out of a selection of premier apartments at the prestigious Chelsea Creek development by St George, one of London’s most desirable riverside addresses.
Our scope included bespoke joinery, premium finishes, and the seamless installation of kitchens, bathrooms, and advanced M&E systems, all completed to reflect the prestige of the scheme. Every detail was executed with precision to achieve interiors of exceptional quality.
The successful completion of this project demonstrates JAAP’s ability to deliver uncompromising craftsmanship and service on high-profile developments, reinforcing our reputation for excellence in luxury residential fit-outs.
Chelsea Creek Gym by St George

Off the back of our work on the apartments, we were pleased to be appointed once again by St George to convert their former marketing suite at Chelsea Creek into a new residents’ gym.
The project began with a complete strip-out before reconfiguring the space into a modern leisure facility. Works included new flooring, drylining, insulation, ceilings, and finishes, alongside full mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations covering lighting, ventilation, heating, cooling, and water services. Bespoke joinery was also delivered, including custom-built locker units.
The completed scheme provides residents with a high-quality fitness environment, designed and delivered to St George’s standards, further enhancing the lifestyle offering at Chelsea Creek.

Mount Anvil

We contributed to The Eagle, a landmark 26-storey Art Deco-inspired residential tower by Mount Anvil on City Road.
The scheme blends premium apartments with creative workspace and retail, creating a vibrant mixed-use community in the heart of London. Our scope included critical fit-out and building services, delivered in close collaboration with Mount Anvil to achieve their ambitious vision of long-term quality, design excellence, and performance standards. A highlight was the bespoke private cinema, built with advanced acoustic treatment, integrated AV systems, and luxury finishes.
The project demonstrates JAAP’s expertise in high-rise delivery, premium resident amenities, and people-focused urban regeneration.
Ewell Road
London
Our team delivered the redevelopment and extension of a mixed-use building above B&M Bargains in Tolworth, transforming it into a modern, high-quality residential scheme while retaining valuable retail use.
The project added a new third-floor extension with eight apartments, upgraded communal areas, integrated MEP services, and reconfigured the rear car park to provide 32 spaces with new bin and cycle storage facilities. Exterior works included insulated render, a slate-effect roof with dormers, and contemporary cladding to complement the extension.
Enhancing safety, efficiency, and visual appeal, the scheme plays a key role in supporting Tolworth’s broader regeneration and community improvement goals.
